Refund Policy

Memberships and event tickets are non-refundable. Individual membership are personal to the individual and cannot be transferred between individuals. Corporate memberships are specific to the company/organization and are not specific to individuals.

Event tickets may be transferred between individuals, assuming they are like for like (i.e. corporate member tickets may be transferred between individuals employed by the same corporate member of WINA).

Any requests to cancel your membership or your tickets to an event should be made in writing to info@wina.com.au.
