Emma Jackman is an Associate Director in KordaMentha’s restructuring team in Sydney with over six years of experience across restructuring, corporate finance, business consulting and audit. She joined KordaMentha seven months ago, prior to which she worked at Ankura for five years across both the restructuring and transactions teams.
She has worked across a wide variety of formal and informal insolvency matters, as well as M&A transactions and general advisory roles. Some of her key engagements include expert witness role in relation to Arrium, sell side advisory role relating to the sale of Australia’s largest lighting manufacturer (Pierlite) to global player Signify, and corporate advisory role for one of Australia’s largest wine companies.
Outside of work she tries to play tennis at least twice a week and loves being active across swimming, running and walking.
